Welcome! 

     I have been practicing primary care medicine in Mt. Vernon, Illinois for more than 25 years now. 

     In my practice, I feel that a number of the diseases/illnesses treated are exacerbated and sometimes created by stress.  I believe that we can better cope with the stress in our lives through alternative techniques without taking medications.  Therefore, I am reinforcing a healthier lifestyle for men and women.  As a result, the concept of Spa Nirvana has finally come to fruition.  My message is to not only feel good, but look good as well.

     At Spa Nirvana, we have many stress reducing techniques such as massages, facials, yoga and hydrotherapy in a soothing, serene environment.  We also provide reflexology, which is very popular in Europe and the Eastern Hemisphere.  Because we believe that looking good is a component of feeling good, we also provide many beautifying services for skincare, including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.   

     I personally consult with each client for services such as laser treatments, Botox, Juvéderm, Radiesse, Lipodissolve and Latisse.  Consultations are scheduled on Thursday afternoons.

     I encourage you to stop by anytime to tour our facility and allow us the opportunity to pamper you.  You deserve it and are worth it.
