Dear Clients,
Welcome! I have been practicing primary care medicine in Southern Illinois for more than 2 decades. In my practice
I feel that a number of the disease/illnesses I treat are exacerbated and sometime created by stress. I believe
that if we can better cope with the stress in our lives through alternative techniques without taking pills, then
I am reinforcing a healithier lifestyle for men and women. As a result, the concept of Spa Nirvana has finally come
to fruition. My message is to not only feel good, but also look good.
At Spa Nirvana, we have many stress reducing techniques such as massages, facials, and hydrotherapy in a soothing,
serene environment. We also provide reflexology which is very popular in Europ and the Eastern hemisphere. Because
we believe that looking good is a component of feeling good, we also provide many beautifying services for skin care,
including laser.
I personally consult with each client for services such as laser treatments, Botox, Restylane, and lipodissolve. I am
also happy to consult with anyone upon request.
